Disgusting service. Review on The Professional Couriers

Never ever ever trust THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER because I believe that your mental health is important than anything. My courier which contained very important documents for a job interview was in the warehouse since 3 days but no one bothered to deliver it. I called the Ranchi office (50 times a day for 3-4 days of which they thankfully picked once) and told them with respect that they need not do any hard work for delivery, instead I'll come to the office and pick up the courier. They disconnected the call immediately and didn't bother to pick up for the next 3-4 days. I needed the exact address because nothing proper was specified in the Google . I regret giving my time and energy and calling them 50 times a day begging for a proper response because my courier is still kept in the warehouse without any use . As a result I got rejected from a well paying job due to unavailability of documents. Thanks to THE MAGNIFICENT AND NOT AT ALL TRUSTABLE THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER . I lost a life time opportunity due to your UNORGANISED COMPANY.
