Well, in my opinion, the book is well worth for people who like reading as well as for non readers.
Because, it explains us, importance of habits in our life.
How habits provide shape to person.
This book provide real life examples & case studies which help to understand.
It's shows how to change negative habit into postive one.
Difference between this book & other's is, it does not believe in one time change completely, but slow steps towards good path.
Overall, book is valuable, as it encourages one to change in good direction & one likes to read till end.
