Panel station is an online survey panel that promises to pay members by completing various surveys available from time to time. Companies these days would like to test the water first before launching a new product or upgrading an existing one. For this they would like to know the taste and preferences of their target audience. When a survey is completed then the responses are collected and compared that makes it easier to make a decision about various product and services. Surveys help companies to decide which logo would be more liked by people, packaging, punch line etc. Companies spend a huge amount in advertising and the survey panel comes out to be much reasonable and economical for them.
The layout of this app is pathetic and it is very difficult to select various features and functions. The layout of the reward section is also poorly organized as it is quite confusing to understand points earned and redeemed. The design of the app looks very simple and nothing has been done to make it appealing and user friendly. The logo also looks quite ordinary.
It is a survey panel so the main feature is the Survey section. Under the Survey feature users get surveys from time to time that also tells about the points associated with each survey. Other features are Redeem, Redemption and Rewards History. Once a member has 3000 points in the wallet he can go for a redemption for Rs. 300. Once Redeemed it takes around 4-6 weeks to get the reward. During this time a member can check the status of his reward under the reward history section. Points can be redeemed through various vouchers such as Amazon voucher, Paytm cash, XOXO gift cards, Flipkart voucher etc. In the dashboard users can see Points Earned, Points Redeemed & Points Available.
I am a member of this panel for a few months now but I haven't received any reward so far. The frequency of surveys are very less and I hardly get 2-3 surveys in a month. When I try to complete a survey I get screen out in between without a valid reason and it only wastes my time and efforts. The system disqualify me from most of the surveys without telling me a reason. When ever I check in the survey option for the availability of a survey it tells me Soon You Will Receive an Interesting Survey and then nothing happens. So, I would not recommend this as it is just a waste of time and efforts.
