When I was first told about this restaurant I wasn't really sure whether it would live up to the hype it had generated, but am I glad I actually went and visited it! Now I have visited this place more than 5 times! To be honest, if you want to give steaks a try you must come here first! I loved it, the people I showed it to love it and most certainly you will love it as well.
The food is really great, I always used to order the Beef Parmigianna which is a saucy, juicy soft steak that can be enjoyed by first timers. Luckily that was the first thing I ordered and have ordered it again and again plenty of times.
The other varieties they have is also good. I ordered their burger and was not disappointed, it would give good competition to other popular burger joints around the city.
Me personally am glad that they do not serve pork or alcohol which gives me more comfort in going again and again to the place.
One of the things which I did not like was that you always have to wait a lot. You require to make reservations or else you may end up having to wait from 15 to 20 minutes to get your seats. This place is always full owing to its popularity and also attracts a lot of the foreign crowd as they are the ones who love steaks more than us.
Pricing is reasonably high, but you know that for steaks you need to shell out a lot so with that mentality everything should sound affordable enough. Steaks cost from 250 upto 500 rupees.
Apart from that, the seating has a very American Cafe feel to it with their white and red criss cross table cloths.
The serving time is also pretty high as they take 10 to 15 minutes to even get your order, makes the hungry people a little more impatient than usual.
All in all, The Only Place is most definitely one of the best places one can try out for quality steaks at the least.
