Story:

This is a philosophical book rather a spiritual book, which teaches a person to understand abt one's own abilities and living a lyf with total self satisfaction.Author has written this book in very simple language with the use of lot of quotation that are indeed very inspiring, motivating and encouraging, but there is a use of few repetition. It has given us lessons which we do in our day to day lyf will indeed improve our lyfstyle n will lead us in pink of health n in high spirits.

The story which I think is nothing good if one who loves to read fiction will not like this novel as even if the content is good but the story is gone too slow n its nothing but the conversation between the two characters. The two characters are:  Julian : lawyer who appears to has every thing in lyf that every one of us want i.e name, fame and money but except one thing inner happiness to gain this  he gives it all up and tours the East.

Where he meet monks of himalaya n learns from them the art of living a lyf of inner happiness. John:this person is the author of the book.Who was once the assistant of julian till julian left for east.HIs lyf also became the same as of julian. In this book the best thing is the description of various scenes like that of the Garden, rose covered huts etc Basically if some1 is very frustrated from his lyf n if he reads this book his lyf can take a drastic changes
