It is not easy to write a review on such books as these books have very individual liking but when I read a review of an member I could'nt stop myself from writing one.
This book tells a story of a very successful lawyer who has everything and a ferrari of course yet an incidence in his life changes everything.
The character in this book choose wise to learn from this incidence. And as promised to his guru he wanted others to learn or I should say he wanted to spread what he had learnt.
It tells who we all are running behind big things and missing away the small things which are coming in our away. This book is for those couples where both of them are working and they both stay in the same house yet he dont have time for each other.
The book doesn't give an solution to all this problem but shows us the way how things can be sorted out. There many books which claim this so what is different in this one? The situation are realistic this doesn't promise you with fake results it tells you there is an solution to everything.
The book tells you things like get up early,do some reading,listen to music,be vegetarian,excercise,remove time for your loved ones etc. We dont need a book to tell us all that,but the way or should I say the manner in which it is said is very simple and easy to understand.
The review which prompted me to write my review states that this book is for losers, I still dint understand what made him come to this conclusion.He further states not all successful lawyers are not fat ,sadistic,lonely etc.not all but atleast in crowd of millions you will find a few.He further states I love my life,my goals,my dreams etc and I am not going change any b'coz of the book,who dosen't love their dream even a criminal thinks he is wright according to him he is an optimistic person but according to the world he is an pessimist.
We always fail to differentiate a speaker and preacher. Here the author is a speaker pls dont miss understand him he is just saying something which he feels it is important.And it is up to us whether to follow it or not. IT IS A MATTER OF CHOICE. We need to understand this very clearly.
The author has become very famous since he has written this book,he travels a lot, gives speeches etc. do you think he follows all the principles which he has laid down in this book? Who knows ultimately even he is human. We all are humans at the end of the day. So lets not define ourselves as losers and winners.
Lastly but not the least there is an SSI(Sindhi Samaj Seva) course which is based on this book, the course is absolutely free. yes you read it right it is FREE. It is a weekly course which is conducted oe MET(Mumbai Educational Trust) at Bandra Nr Leelavati Hospital.My best friend has done this course and I have seen many changes in her since she done it and she is behind me to do it. I met many other people who have also done it and are full of praises for it.But havent I done it still I dont know may the book is yet to hit me.
My apologies to the member whom I have mentioned in this article I dont mean to judge you its just I could'nt agree with you the way you have judged the book.
One thing is for sure the book induces positive thinking in you which I would say is a good sign
Go for this one and then you decide whether you want bring these changes in you or not.
