This Bank may not be very famous but they are very good in service treat there customers very nicely.This bank has branches only in Maharashtra and is operated by a South Indian Group from Karnataka side.
My father has a account in this bank's Dombivli branch and most of times I go to deposit cash or checks or withdraw.
The proximity of this bank is one of the best part of this branch as it is located nearby to dombivli station to the east, hardly 1 minute walking from station.
And the flexibility of time is another comfortable factor, it operates in the d morning from 8 to 1 and in d evening from 5 to 7.30.
Whenever I go I dont find much rush here and they follow the token system which makes things bit slow but comfortable.
Majority of the staffs are kannada and are very polite and calm, most of the time while deposit the I just show them and confirm whether it is right but they never get irritated and even the manager is quite friendly and always smiles(which is rare in banks).
So always a pleasant visit here and they rupay card they provide can be accessed from other ATM's and no monthly limit & all.One disappointment is that as branches are quite less bit difficult to do direct transactions with bank.
But the service they provide is great and the way they entertain and treat customers is really impressed me and am looking forward to open a account in this bank after my bad experience with Bank Of Baroda.I would definitely suggest this bank to others!
