Few days ago I was facing alot of  inconvenience with my two year old Nokia 6670. The phone needed reformatting almost every second day. Tried of visting the Nokia Care Center, which unfortunately provides real disappointing service, I decided to buy myself some relief and pick a new handset. Now when it comes to purchasing a basic necessity there is too much thought process involved.

From the handset you need to buy, the budget, warranty, service and some other factors can put you in a dilemma.I was in a situation wherein I had to dispose my phone at the earliest before it failed again. My ex phone looked in a pretty good condition and I was expecting it to fetch around Rs 4000, somewhere feeling guilty for any other person who would prefer to buy it as a second sale.

I visited a total of 4 shops in Andheri (E), all like local dealers who sell phones and give you exchange offers (without bill more cheaper options ) but none of the visits were fruitful.I was being offered Rs 3700 for my Nokia phone and in return all fake phones at really cheap prices. For example a Moto Rokr for Rs 9800 without the box. I was tempted to pick it up but good wisdom prevailed and I thought let me just take a last look at The Mobile Store.

As soon as I entered the place I had a executive attending to me immediately, finding out my requirement and offering me best assistance in choosing a phone. Besides all the phones with their cost are even displayed on the stands so you can have a look without waiting for anybody to help you.

Since I am not into high end phones a sleek phone with camera and fm would certainly satisfy my need. I was in two minds confused about the Moto Rokr and Nokia N Series but thankfully the executive showed me Moto Slvr L9. He explained complete features of the phone, how it would suit my requirement and also it was way within the budget (Rs 9800).I hence settled on the Moto L9 and it seems perfect to me.

I happen to get Rs 3500 off for my old phone as an exchange deal. Moreover I would not have to even feel guilty as at The Mobile Store they do not deal in second sales and it goes back to the respective manufactures.

From GSM & CDMA phones, scratch guards, sim cards to accessories you can get everything under one roof. The service is prompt and smooth right from helping you to take the right decison to using your new phone. You are not charged a penny more for making credit card payments.

They also have a scratch and win offer of gifts upto Rs 5000 (microwave, ipod, Rs 5000 cash back, family holiday)on every mobile you purchase. Also you have an option of getting a free prepaid sim of any service provider if needed. I happen to win the family holiday package. Ultimately I got more than I expected along with good deal for my several times formatted ex  Nokia phone, a sleek brand new cool Moto Slvr L9 I am on my way to Thailand soon. Happy Mobile Shopping experience truly.
