I am a business traveler from a reputed FMCG company to The Mirador Mumbai. I generally stay at the Residence Powai, but I chose Mirador this time as it was closer to my office. But this proved out to be a mistake for sure.
Following are the incidences that blew my head off -
I was asked to make a mid stay payment for the room for my stay of 15 days. I kept on insisting that the bill will be settled in full by the company, but the staff kept bugging me day and night for payments which I finally made.
The breakfast staff was zero courteous. They were involved in updating their registers all the time instead of serving the guests
A lot of arrogance was shown from day 1 by the service staff. None of the interatctions were pleasant.
Plus the host of services available in Residence, Powai are far far higher than wat Mirador offers for its guests. Still it is a costlier and unpleasant stay.
I would now never chose to put up in this hotel.
