Maybe this review ought to be very short, all because I have nothing much to tell about this movie. I don’t want to sound rude or crude, but the movie really doesn't stand up to its name. Once Director Manish Jha represented India at Cannes and even bagged prize for Matrubhoomi in 2003. What did go wrong? Read below to know I am so exasperated!

A bus full of students pile up at a eatery(dhaba), where they are forced to have been entertained by The Legend of Michael Mishra as put by Full Pant(Boman Irani). The movie runs in the flashback, a love story of a kidnapping don and a pretty lady, in Bihar. Michael Mishra(Arshad Warsi) falls in love with Varsha Shukla(Aditi Rao Hydari) when he sees her performing a song that draws the characteristic of cow and she hisses myself Varsha Shukla, MM finds the new motto to live his life. They exchange love letters rolled into balls over balconies and began the story of not-so-straight guy with a oh-so-charming gal. But their relationship is headed to dead-end unless Michael leaves the world of crime.

Doesn’t it all sound familiar, predictable and story of every such movie? Please don’t answer that. This is not enough, but there are banalities piling after one another. From the show named ‘Bihar is Full of Talent’ to ‘Bhairon Ghati ka Kaala Pani’. If this wasn’t doing the much require tap dance in my head, MM’s sidekick Half Pant(Kayoze Irani) took it notches up, that it shocked me that I have actually stop caring about what is going on in front of me.

The love story is full of buffoonery, increasing with every scene, where once MM running to tailoring shop after killing a thug, he chances upon a neighbourhood girl dancing under the tree(Why? How?) They exchange hellos and her voice gets etched on her heart, and we again see him running, growing up, bearded look, and he runs his gang od kidnappers from abandoned haveli. Haven’t we seen enough of these already? And they seemed pretty much awesome in 80s or 90s movies.

The performances seem like Arshad Warsi scruffily does his role and tries to get a hold of Bihari lingo, but fails badly. Same for Aditi, what she is even speaking? He has more problems in getting the language ad accent corrected.

And please tell me, why is Boman Irani in this flick? I know I am asking more questions than answering anything useful. But this is what you will feel when watching this movie. Whatever happened to comedy, or somebody stole the funny bone. This is not the one to watch with family or anyone. Person such as me, a cheerful and happy-always, couldn’t sit straight or eyes-opened throughout the movie.
