Rooms: Spacious and more of traditional rooms rather than fancy modern light switches or controls which would confuse you. Cosy beds, small details like easy apply shoe wax being present in the room. Rooms are cosy and welcoming, not intimidating for a first timer like hotels where user-friendly experience has become "you are not intellectually advanced enough to know what this button does".
Location: Easy access, fortunately, I feel like Bangalore has changed drastically and the traffic problem is sorted since I did not get stuck in any kind of traffic of my 2 day stay or may be just people were feeling lazy to come out their homes for those 2 day. Either way, not to hard to reach most of the parts of city.
Amenities: Awesome looking swimming pool, classic lobby, not a cluster of rooms, quick service.
People: Helping nature but not overdone where its irritating rather than helpful. Welcoming gestures from people, unlike some "in your face" type hotels.
