There have been many comic adaptations of "The Jungle Book" by Rudyard Kipling. There have been Comics, cartoons and the character Mowgli is one of the favourites to Indians. The movie is the adaptation of Jungle Book to the big screen with a real life touch. The movie is directed Jon Favreau who is renowned for his direction of Iron man. Movie's main attraction is the visuals, they were mind blowing. The forest, rivers, animals all were simply living in the screen.
Mowgli was the only live and real character of the film but we will not feel it in any part. Shere Khan, Bhageera, Akela, Baloo, etc. were so lively. The story has some minor changes from the comics I have read and cartoons I have seen. The dialogues and screenplay were top notch. I mainly give the appreciation to graphics, visuals and direction. A must watch in 3D, It will be splendid visual treat for all aged people.
