The Indian Manager is some one who redefines the term ''Management''. He would first know the team that he wants to manage. He would do an S.W.O.T (Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats) analysis of each of his team members. He has a foresight of things to come, reports to make, deadlines to meet and meetings to attend. He knows what his targets are for today and the coming week, month and year. He stays a step ahead of his peers and certainly his team members.

He prioritizes his work and tasks. He is analytical and logical. His approach is realistic and time bound. He delegates his work and ensures that it’s done on time with accuracy. He takes his team for an outing every month or as per the team requirement. He encourages healthy competition and keeps on changing the score card thus maximizing the incentive for each coming month. He involves new and old team members in meeting with clients and top management.

He believes that if he has to grow then he should take his team along with him. He calls them on Saturday’s to ask how they are doing. He calls them on Monday's to talk about the week’s schedule. He manages his home the same way. That’s how he strikes balance. He bag is full of patience and perseverance. He is full of energy and that’s how he redefines the term ''Management''. He is the Indian Manager 2000
