The Hridayesh Spa Wilderness Resort.
This post is meant to show concern and raise issues against this self-proclaimed 5 star resort only. It charge a fortune for its hospitality but failed to deliver due to unprofessional conduct. This post does not, in any manner, meant to harm the sentiments of persons who made payments of huge sums of money, in expectation to fulfil their once in a lifetime dream of performing the marriage of their loved ones, in a grand manner.

Came here for my cousin's wedding. Had heard a lot of praises about it and was having huge expectations. Property looked good on first look. But ?? ????? ?? ????? ?? ?? ?? ??? ?????
In between the ceremonies, there was lot of time to observe many deficiencies at the part of resort which can be seen with a naked eye.
I was in room 212 of this resort, from 28th September till 1st October 2017. I noted many flaws and I am quoting some of them herein below-
• My room bell was not working.
• My door key/card kept on failing to open the door.
• Whenever I want to see TV, I had to seek the help of resort electrician.
• My sofa cum bed could not be opened even by the resort staff. I was made to sleep on floor.
• Door lock for my balcony needed lot of pushing and pulling to lock/ unlock.
• Light kept on coming or going. Everyone light fluctuate, I had to start my AC again. It's very irritating particularly at night.
• Internet was a huge problem. Very poor connectivity. Wifi connectivity is pathetic.
• I saw heaps of used towels in lockers of swimming room changing room when only 8 rooms were occupied. Fresh towels were not available there.
• Have to ask for room cleaning more than once.
• Service is very slow in all respects.
• No lighting on river side. Cleanliness is also not good on river side.
• Staff is either not aware about rules or they are ready to extract money for resort. They keep on saying that wifi is paid, game room is paid, in-house cycling is paid. But if u protest, these things become free.
• We are here for a marriage. And resort did not allowed us to carry out the ceremonial procession ????? inside the resort on horse on the pretext that their venue will get dirty. Mind it, they do allow pets.
• Food during the entire stay was average but it was pathetic on the marriage day, especially the snacks.
• Resort failed to do the needful in handing over the room keys and to shift the luggage in time.
• At the time of checking out, no service was provided for carrying the luggage from room to to parking.
Concept of destination wedding is good. I had long hours of chat during my stay with my family and relatives. Despite all the shortcoming on the part of resort, I did enjoyed this wedding.
But this resort is definitely not yet ready professionally to manage such destination weddings.
Guys, my Advice. This resort is not worth money it asks for.
