I have been subscibing to newspaper hindu thru their yearly subscription scheme for the past 4 years. Last year, and this year there have been many occassions where there was no delivery of the paper. I complained to the hindu hyderabad office, and every time the answer is that they will look into and set right. But the problem of non-delivery persists.
I stay in alwal and I understand one Mr Prasad is sales manager of The Hindu for this area. I called him up and complained to him about this. He was straight forward and said that I shall complain only in office and not to him directly!! In this current year subscription from march 15th 2012, I have not received the paper for alsmost 4 weeks cumulative. I asked them to set right the issue and extend the subscription time by the lost days. till date they have not responded. If anybody in hindu is listenenig please do something or refund the money and /or extend for the lost days. today (feb 16, 2013) also there was no delivery of paper and after coming back from office I double checked if the delivery was made late. But no delivery was made. I can only complain on Monday since they are closed on Sunday. Have to wait and see they deliver tomorrow (being Sunday) or not.
Anybody from the publication can clarify
