This movie is Paki bashing, but with style. The Paki bashing is now restricted to only those who promote terrorism (ex. some persons in the ISI, in the Pakistani Army, etc.)
If you expect a good storyline, forget it. The story, on the whole, is average. The acting, the special effects, the direction, and especially, the makeup are all very good.
What I missed in this movie is the Angry Sunny Deol. He doesn't get angry quite often. Some viewers apparently liked this, but it is something missing for Sunny's Masaala.
Sunny Deol has performed very well, and so have the rest of the crew. Preity looks ''cho chweet'' as always, and the villians, especially the Grand Puri does quite well.
The music and background score are also quite enjoyable.
The special effects and the cameras are all very well done. With a better story plot, this could have been the best Bollywood movie, but, well, we need something to complain about.
One wonders where did all the cost of the movie go...? Perhaps for the crew and for all the ''phirangi'' locations everywhere.
Watch this movie if you like Masaala stuff and dialogues. The dialogue I liked best was, ''Jo ek baar galti karey woh insaan. Jo do baar galti karey woh Shaitan. Jo baar baar galti karey woh Pakistan. Jo galtiyon koh maaf karey, woh Hindustan. Lekin ab Hindustan ney galtiyon koh maaf karna chodh diya hai''. Kachaak. Bad man dies :-)
Nice, spicy stuff, eh?
