A place where you are catered as promptly as you can think off, seems waiters are dedicated and there only for you, smiles are all around, and you are served very nice food with all suggestions to get the best taste from starters, main course, and desserts. One word description of Kebab Factory could be – Delicacy.
I visited Kebab Factory first time around 2 years back, and now I am a regular visitor of Kebab Factory, Sec 18, Noida. It’s a paradise for food lovers and who likes to relish the amazing tastes of various kebabs.
As you will enter, you will be served water and Chhach(butter milk) and your choice will be asked Veg or Non-veg. Choose as per your choice, and then become ready for the gala. Goshhhhh…., they serve more than 10 types of kebabs, and specifically mention the name of that kebab to you, and suggest to have different kebab with different sauce. They don’t allow you to put empty glass of butter milk or any other opted drink on the table, as soon you take your last sip, person is standing close to you to fill your glass. Kebabs are served in the same way, and repeatedly served till the time when you say, No- No more. This is the story of starter.(Reader- Don’t take kebab as much that you are not left with space for main course and desserts)
Then time comes for main course that is again full of taste- 4-5 dishes are served with choice of various types of chapatis and rice. You can relish moderate taste of food prepared with amazingly balanced spices. Dessert is yet to come.
Dessert should be defined as ‘Fleet of Desserts’. At least 5 types of desserts will be served and you can go ahead with your choice. Be ready- you will be forced to taste all of them. On top of, waiters are waiting for your confirmation to repeat the dessert.
I suggest trying both Veg and Non-veg platters, as they have a fleet of kebabs in both types. I am fond of non-veg, still if I asked which platter I liked most- I will bluntly say- Veg. Despite all these qualities, Kebab Factory is VFM, if I compare this with other parallel restaurants.
I must say, just try these platters and enjoy good food, best services, and happy eating.
