No doubt, the forum mall has all the brand stores inside it. It is quite spacious and has got good eat out places and the play zone as well. But what I felt was, besides being spread over such a big area, it was very suffocating when I went inside. I could not see any proper map that shows and guides me to the stores I want to visit. For a while, I was almost lost in the crowd.
I think they should be managing thinks in a much better way. Basically, I wanted to visit Centro, the footwear shop and it took me almost 20 minutes to figure out and reach to the store. I appreciate the facilities at the mall but they should be paying more attention towards the convenience of the visitors too.
