The Fern Beira Mar Resort is located in Benaulim, which is located 8 km away from Margo railway station and 27 kms from Goa International airport. The resort has well equipped 22 wooden cottages surrounded by well trimmed garden.
In the cottage we were provided with wi-fi internet connection, electrical tea pot, coffee and milk powder packets and 24 hours hot water in the bathroom. They also have a swimming pool outdoor which they clean on daily basis.
The housekeeping team are always available 24 hrs. so our rooms were cleaned frequently. the ambience in the cottage is good and excellent. The staff at the reception are friendly and informative. They arrange a cab for us to visit places in Goa. we payed only rs 1000 per day for the cab.
I stayed with my family in this resort for three days during august. The stay was very comfortable. They have a restaurant within the resort which provides decent meal. But never order chicken 65, because it was cooked like pakoda.
For three days we payed around 10, 000 rupees and our stay was wonderful and comfortable. The resort is safe and secured well. As goa is tourist place getting rooms at resorts might be bit difficult so advance booking is essential. Two to three months prior would be ideal. I booked my resort two months prior my stay. For family and newly wed couples this resort is very ideal.
The stay is worth for the money payed.
