Federal Bank is a nationalised Indian bank head quartered at Kerala a southern state of India. It has branches across the country and offers all the modern facilities you expect from a bank. I have been working in this bank as a probationary officer for the last 2 years and I don’t suffer any problems at all and satisfied with my company. The company offers good salary that you expect from a bank you get all the additional benefits. The company is a very established one and you don’t have to worry about its future. Which means it provides a decent job security. I can’t rate the CEO of the company because I haven’t met him yet. You may find it funny, but it’s true. Federal Bank provides a good working environment. You banking sector has a very organized and structured job and you will not find any overtime works here. The growth of your career is completely dependent on yourself. If you work harder and smarter you will get the benefits. Overall I think it is good banking company that suits for fresher also.
