Let's begin with the plus points.

>You can park your vehicle in less than 2 minutes time. Isn't that a good news for Bangloreans? Yup, the location is the greatest plus point of the Dhaba. Located very close to M'Halli on the ORR towards the hanging bridge (2 kms), traffic problems can be left behind unless you are taking the Airport to get into the Ring Road. They have ample parking for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. There is a bus stop close by and the legendary 500 and 500A (Bangalore Tour Bus as it is amusingly called) is frequently seen.

>The next best thing is the close proximity to Innovative Multiplex. You could eat your dinner or lunch here before or after a movie. Within a year, its going to be even better as there is another Multiplex being constructed just 1 km down the road. It goes by the name Sigma, which will also have shopping malls!

>The Dhaba is a part of three restaurants in one building. So if someone in the group doesn't like North Indian, you could push him or her into the Chinese or a South Indian restaurant. Yes, they have three Restaurants in one building but with separate entrances. The Dhaba, Malgudi and Shogun.

>The Dhaba has a nice ambience with lanterns giving out a very warm and cozy feeling. Don't worry, the lanterns have electrified bulbs and insects never bothered us. It has an actual Dhaba feel. You can either sit on wooden chairs or sink into comfortable sofas, which actually don't go with the setting. The menu card is actually a school slate. That was cute but the cuteness ended when price tags began.

Now comes the average aspects.

>Food is good, a little expensive but fair for an occasional visit.

>Time taken for the food to arrive on your table is also fair though not quick. If with friends, you will have just enough time to finish one round of gossip. Typically, I guess it takes 3 rounds in a restaurant in Bangalore, right?

>Kitchen is out in the open for everyone to see and therefore, you feel better (if you are quality conscious).

And here comes the negative aspects:

>Service isn't great. While Hindi and English were supposed to be easily understood and spoken, we had problems communicating with a few employees. We expected Punjabis out there but dhoondtey reh gaye!

>They charge exorbitantly high on certain drinks and the best drink to avoid is mineral water. We were robbed off Rs. 30 for a Rs. 10 bottle. They opened the bottle for us and I guess Rs. 20 was the 'opening' charge. I suggest you go the Kerala style, request for boiled water!

While these were the only two negative aspects we faced, these two negative aspects are good enough to dissolve the other good ones other than the fact that this is an easy to park area.
