A listed few accolades earned…and from those who matters.

A pulse quickening, brain-teasing adventure…Brown a new master of smart thrills

-People

So many unexpected twists…all satisfying, most unexpected.if this novel doesn’t get your pulse raising you must check with your meds.the goog fun.umbereto eco on steroids

The san Francisco Chronicle Fascinating and fun…exceedingly clever……….read and be enlightened

The Washington post book world Wow.blockbuster…perfection

A gleefully erudite novel…

-The newyork times

so much appreciation and yet so less for this amazing creation…a bow for Dan brown.

I have been lucky enough to have godfather as my first read…and not to mention I was thoroughly amazed…but after a few more reads I realized that Mario puzo’s was an wonder which happens once in a while…and gleefully embraced my realization.until this one….and what more a compliment can be that I rate Dan brown’s Da vinci code on par with the the legend of Mario puzo’s grandfather…!

Its not for me to reveal about the novel.for its for all of you to grab a copy and immerse into its script….

The novel swings around the fulcrum of the following characters.

Mr .Robert Langdon… an American historian and symbolgist.and with un intellect.

Its he who accompanies and helps Miss Sophie Neveu, an cryptologist, to break the code.the secret and genius code designed by her Grandfather, Mr. Jacques Sauniere, the curator of the famous Louvre museum in paris. In his dying lonely moments he designed a code.a clue to find the murderer and also to carry on a 2000 year old tradition of their family i.e. to hand over the secret to the worthy( miss sophie)…about her family and the quest for the Holy Grail…which was ingeniously kept a secret from others for such a long time.

Its this quest for the holy grail which led to his murder …by Teacher(the person who in his quest for the grail committed 3 more murders and deviced a beautiful plan along with Silas and his associate to get his hands on the grail). in the same conquest …and for the safety of the same secret…about the grail…the code was ingeniously designed so that only the worthy…can break it and know about the grail.

Mr. Teabing, a british nationale and a famous historian has spent his life searching for the grail and no better than him could have helped miss sophie and Mr. Langdon to unbreak the code.

Mr. Fache… a supreme of the French police and the investigating officer in charge for the Sauniere murder case…trails along his prime suspects Mr. Langdon and Miss sophie…and their chase and the escapes.adds another dimension to the novel which ebven more so intrigues the reader.

The books amazingly shakes the whole foundation of the vatcian and proposes that the whole concept of roman Catholicism is bases on the farce history presented forth us.

It mentions that even the bible which was presented forth is manipulated and that the original volumes were destroyed by the Vatican.

The books takes us back in the Constantine era who actually was a pagan.but in his desire to gain political control.how the then rules manipulated the whole concept of Christianity.

The book lights on the amazing geniuses like da vinci and uravels the mysteries and the secrets hidden in his painting and the artifacts….and the clues about the holy grail.

It’s the suspense which drills through the reader…and every time the reader thinks.the code is over.its leads way to a new maze of puzzle…and also the gripping presence of the teacher in conquest for the grail makes the read more exciting.

Also.the identity of the teacher is netly concealed throught the volume and only to leave the reader aghast at the end when its revealed who actually the teacher was.

And at the end when the whole climax is unveiled.the further read through the epilogue just flags another anti climax and jolts us back …

It just is a fantabulous read and mind boggling experience… with the lucid vocabs and good flow maintined by the author.

Facts that the book explain…

The priory of sion.a European secret society found in 1099.a real organization. In 1975 paris’s bibiliothique national discovered parchment known as les dossier secrets which identified members of this organization including greats like sir issac Newton, botticelli, victor hugo, Leonardo da vinci.

Vatican prelateure opus dei…devout catholic sect…and its practices of corpal mortification…$47 million headquarters at newyork.

All the description of artwork, architecture, documents and the secret rituals in this novels are accurate.
