Story:

I had seen this book in Landmark (Bangalore) a couple of times but was reluctant to buy at first because it had DaVinci and all that stuff. But when I read the first few pages I was stuck in the book shop for half an hour. The book is priced Rs 268.50 and the author is Dan Brown....name of the book THE DA VINCI CODE

The story takes shape when a curator of the Louvre Art Museum in Paris got killed for some mysterious reason. Since he was the last guy to protect the truth and afraid that he will take the truth with him when he dies he scribbles some signs and code on the floor. His granddaughter and a Harvard history freak breaks the endless chain of codes and anagrams.

Its a true Hollywood action flick with code breaking, revealing true facts about Leonardo Davinci's paintings, the Vitruvian Man, the secret of Mary Magadalene and Last Supper, the search for the Holy Grail. It also packs some of history's ancient secrets well told by the author in a simple understandable way.

The best part is code breaking, a series of them till the book ends, mysterious twists and turns with people you never ever guessed would be traitors.

Also it take you to a trip into Paris, its art museum, London, its ancient hidden churches and the also the truth about the Priory of Scion wherein even Newton, DaVinci and other great members are the grand masters of the Holy truth.

I was reading this book when I was going to office, Lunch time, while coming back, bedtime and even during my morning coffee.

I recommend this book as it will grasp and you will be in the edge of the seat till the last.

Wish Steven Spielberg convert this into a Hollywood Blockbuster !!!

Enjoy Reading and Kudos to Dan Brown
