Story:

It had been quite some time since I had picked up a thriller and while on the look out for one, I hit upon DA VINCI CODE. People, you don't have to read the review of this book. Take my word and go buy it. As you can see from the reviews on this site, either people just love it or just hate it. There is no grey area in between. Now, how can you take my word? Well... if you are intent on asking this question, then read on...

This book throws up a host of questions on Christianity and the origin of the bible. The story goes on to claim that Jesus was married and had a child too. It gives an alternate version of the Holy Grail to what people believe.

Dan Brown links the story to a lot of actual events/movies/websites that take place around us. All the while you would think it would be a story and for kicks if you go check the website mentioned in the book, you find that it actually exists and start to agree to what he says in the book. This makes the book very interesting; as you can see what you are reading is not just in the book but also in the world around us. And moreover the recollections of the past in the story are featured in the author's previous books!

The protagonist Robert Langdon's explanation of the symbols is sure to take the hell out of your curiosity. This sure makes a great reading, enough to ignite the interest for cryptography in you.

Now, the story is that an elderly curator of the Louvre, Paris is murdered and the French Police is on the hunt of the murderer. This is all I will say. For if you go beyond two pages of the book, I assure you the book will not leave you rest easily.

Though the sources for the facts mentioned in Da Vinci book (such as the symbols and its meanings?) are worthwhile to be questioned, the fact that this book is a fiction novel keeps you going.

Now, go ahead and get ready for suspense and adventure every page of the book?
