I want to share my experience of Non Surgical I Lipo k treatment done at The Body Care, Rajori Garden. I was a assigned a dietitian Vidhu. After each treatment, she asked me to follow Diet . Diet was not too difficult. I had many options in non veg as well as veg food. but yes no junk food, fast food, roti, rice, sweets or alcohol. After I was asked to watch what I am eating. I was asked to avoid high carbohydrate food items. Which I did. Initially I found it difficult, but later on, I managed by carrying few snacks like dry fruits with me. It came handy. Also she advised me to increase my protein intake and take Multivitamins also. I feel much better and healthier after doing all this changes in my lifestyle and food habits.
