This book has become so popular, almost revered by readers and critics, that to stop short of treating it like a holy scripture is almost blasphemy. Yet this is what I have to do. I feel that the book is a pleasant fairy tale, which can motivate one to believe in one's dreams but I don't think it is as great as the hype makes it out to be. In fact, the book may even be disappointing to those who come to it with great expectations. So long as you want a gentle read about how to follow your dreams and to believe in your convictions and to listen to your heart, this book serves its purpose.
But in my opinion there are classics such as those written by Hemingway, Tolstoy, Dickens etc that this book can't touch. Sure, go ahead and believe in yourself.yet know that there are limits.which is what I can say about the book too.
