This college is situated in Thakur village in Kandiwali east.It is far from kandivali station and also 10 15 mins walking distance from express highway.
Thakur college campus is big enough and well maintained. College quota for the private seats and they charge very heavily for it. The most of the teaching faculty is north indian and with typical accent and tone. College has basic amenities and provides campus interviews.
Thakur college of engineering is affiliated to university of mumbai.
