Pathetic attempt of movie making!

To pick 10 worst movies from several colossal disasters is quite difficult a task. Here goes my list in no particular order!

Kisna

A common viewer did not know what Ghai wanted to prove by making it. If he was looking for a mass appeal, it was lacking. Why did he try to make their heroines reveal their skin along with loads of intimate scenes as well as smooching. This was contrary to the way Indians lived in that era. The research was missing. The major flaw in the film was lack of concept and idea. Too many cooks spoil the dish and so happen with 'Kisna'.

Bachke Rehna Re Baba

Bachke Rehna Re Baba was supposedly a sex-comedy but unfortunately it failed miserably in both the categories. Neither the comedy tickled you, nor the sex titillated. Attempted as a remake of the Hollywood flick Heartbreakers, how one wished director Govind Menon would at least be competent in copying a film .

Bewafaa

One word to describe it ‘pathetic’. The story was simply a rehash of Gumraah and the feeling of déjà vu was intensified with director Dharmesh Darshan still being in the Dhadkan mode.

Home Delivery

So Vivek Oberoi is now Viveik Anand Oberoi. But that did nothing to alter the fact that Home Delivery was an absolute and complete dud of a film.To add to the sar mein dard there are a host of peripheral characters who are supposed to be 'funny'.

shabd

The main hindrance of Shabd was the theme that was meant to defy the basis of the Indian social milieu. Sanjay Dutt as 21st century husband ended up looking like a weak man as the love triangle was definitely miles ahead of even Bollywood norms. Shabd was too abstract and too experimental in its approach. The film gives the feel of a sorry soap that comes up with bizarre things just to continue their run beyond 100 episodes.

DOSTI...

The simple fact was that Dosti tried to throw in your face again and again the bond of friendship between the two heroes. As if the audiences are dumb enough not to get the point of their unshakeable gay friendship in few reels and need to be told repetitively about it.

Neal 'n' Nikki!

A strong storyline has always been the hallmark of all Yash Raj films. Surprisingly, story was the only thing that seemed to be missing from Neal 'n' Nikki! If there is one F word that describes it (besides the obvious one) it's FAKE.

mr.ya miss

The film was so loud you could sit next a fighter plane taking off and find peace and serenity once you have watched this .

BLUFFMASTER

It was not quite a riot of laughter, not quite a comedy, neither a full-fledged romance. Bluffmaster is gay of a movie!

FUN-Can Be Dangerous Sometimes

This has to be one of the most horny, sleazy and sex filled films ever to come out from Bollywood. The film had prolonged kissing scenes, close ups of tits, ass, bikini lines, dialogues with include wifes talking about their sex life and how they want to sleep with each others husbands, full fledged sex scenes and loads of fo*replay...and that was about it

Bunty aur Babli

A classic case of a brilliant idea gone awry, Shaad Ali’s (Saathiya fame) much talked about Bunty aur Babli can be summed up in two words — colossal disaster.Yashraj Films’ take at recreating the magic of the masala flicks of the 1970s vintage, came a cropper in this ill-conceived, shoddy scripted venture that can otherwise be termed a silly excuse to throw together the two Bachchans.

Mangal Pandey: The Rising

The narrative was inconsistent, the songs forced and the characters hopelessly ill-conceived. Largely, the film looked utterly disjointed, as if the director shot several scenes and then strung them together on the editing table. The dialogues made you cringe: ''Hum to apna jism bechte hain, tum apni aatma bechte ho''.Give me a break!!
