TOP 10 Undeserving successes

I will be playing with facts and interfering with someone's efforts if I live upto my title and say that the people in this list deserve absolutely no credit for their success. These people have achieved stardom in all different ways, but public can never be taken for granted and must have noticed something in all of them that put them on the unique path of success. So no arguments on their success from my side; it is just that I feel their success could've been moderated for various reasons. It is just my personal opinion that these people got too much for they had to give!

NUMBER 10: EMRAAN HASHMI: Now I have nothing against Emraan Hashmi. He seems to be a cool dude who enjoys the company of various girls on his movie's sets and has a mind-boggling music in each one of his movies. But then that's all he has to offer and that's all he's been offering since his debut. No actor in Bollywood can imagine having won as many acting trophies as many smooches this guy has continuously added on his resume. And although it is inappropriate to review such things, I must say the public keeps giving Emraan the green signal by accepting all the same that he has been offering since about a dozen of movies he has completed. Wow! There were guys like Dino Morea and John Abraham who had to leave such movies to make their impact and they were guys like Shahwar Ali who were left jobless in Bollywood after the public was sick of their same old smooching acts. But public some how can't get enough of Emraan doing all this! Strange indeed! That's why he is on our overrated list.

NUMBER 9: MALLIKA SHERAWAT: How come Mallika isn't number 1 here? Well the fact is the lady has lost all her initial popularity and sensation anyways. They were times when she deserved to be the numero uno on this list but now it is all gone. Her times are gone and public thankfully is wise enough to refuse to listen to her chants of working with JACKIE CHAN so that the public likes her. Enough of that Ms. Sherawat. Calm down. In my opinion you really didn't have any substance and depth beyond your skin and body and thus whatever else you got was based on only your skin show and thus was undeserved! Here you are on number 9!

NUMBER 8: PREITY ZINTA: Well Preity has done a few good roles like KYA KEHNA and KAL HO NAA HO as well as SALAAM NAMASTE for starters. Unfortunately those were the roles where the people were picking her flaws like a little weight gain here and there and a little yelling and screaming! Well then why not notice all overacting in other movies she has done? VEER ZAARA was a very acclaimed performance for her. But then why in the world I ask when she seemed to have absolutely no clue how to play Zaara in the movie. She was lost. Wow! Even at many other platforms people have called her one of the best among actresses. I'm sorry! I choose to differ.

NUMBER 7: AAMIR KHAN: Okay! I know. Wait. I know I have put two huge names like Preity and Aamir now in the leagues of Emraan and Mallika. I have to apologize. But why? I have my reasons to. So take it easy all you Aamir fans. I have my reasons. I liked Aamir in JO JEETA WOHI SIKANDER and ISHQ and RAJA HINDUSTANI and even DIL CHAHTA HAI, MANGAL PANDEY, and LAGAAN as his recent movies. But why keep lavishing praises on a guy who came after a hiatus of 4 years just to focus on an average rated product. Isn't this overrating someone? Someone in his 60's like Big B is giving 4 hits a year while this guy who is about 2 and a half decades younger wants to give 1 movie, and that too not exactly a ''HIT'' in four years. Wow! Barren is all I can say Aamir. You're turning overrated NOW if you weren't BEFORE!

NUMBER 6: TANUSHREE DUTTA: Okay! I hate to put her on my list as I used to like her too. But well, at the end of the day does she deserve to be Miss India and a lead actress in two major Bollywood projects right at the start of her career? Don't know about that. Let's analyze. First of all minus make up and you get a whole different Tanushree. Really! Take my word for it: it does happen to many heroines as they look very different and not necessarily bad without make up, Tanushree doesn't at least look Miss India material that way. And besides she became a sensation without giving even one hit. AASHIQ BANAYA AAPNE belonged to the music of Himesh Reshammiya while CHOCOLATE belonged to Anil and Irfaan. Tanushree kept getting credit for not much basically. So here she is on number 6...a promising talent yet being rated way too much at this point in time!

NUMBER 5: JOHN ABRAHAM: ''John is the best in current generation because he looks suave on the bikes! That's it.'' Wow! What a one dimensional thinking? And whose is it? Unfortunately one of my dear ones who is even older than me. What can I say now! Has John Abraham given a hit after DHOOM? Oh yeah...remember GARAM MASALA! But yaar that was Akshay's fault...he acted well and helped the movie to be a hit. But John wasn't all that bad either...so why be against him! That's true. John Abraham has given three hits (JISM, DHOOM, GARAM MASALA) to balance (huh?) about a dozen of flops he has given (AETBAAR, PAAP, SAAYA, ELAAN, KARAM, VIRUDDH etc etc)! Wow! And still I consider him an okay actor despite of the fact that he has plain average acting skills. Okay, he is a supermodel with suave looks so that gives him another point. He is a good star! But then why call him the future's biggest superstar? Dude, gimme a break! The future of Bollywood doesn't sound that good if he is the future best. I mean come on and think deeply of that success ratio of his! Darnnnn...

NUMBER 4: SHAHRUKH KHAN: Even though the SRK euphoria too has cooled down now and his detractors have the bragging rights after about a barren one and a half year with failures like SWADES, KAAL, and PAHELI, I won't waste my energy talking against this guy. He just makes it to the countdown since he has off late been one of the most monotonous actors in Bollywood and yet has got so much success. Must be something good about his attitude in life that got him so far towards stardom. And besides movies of the initial phase of his career (DARR, BAAZIGAR, KABHI HAAN KABHI NAA) have been my favorites. So I won't rip him apart and would simply list him here!
