A.R .Rahman well the name spells pure magic, Well that man is well one of my all time fav cpmposers of all times well must say I am actually delighted that I can actually give back somthing to him by actually being able to write a rev dedicated to him for all the smiles, all the tears, all the melodies and memories he has given me.Thank U, rahman for making my life a melodious one.
(1)Mil Gayi -This is one number which I am sure not many ppl are unaware of, it is from Kabhie na Kabhie actually I loved the tamil version which was from the film'duet' called'Anjali Anjali', this is well one munber which is so sweet and pleasnat that u can lose urself in this enchanting melody.
(2)Roja janeman-Well this number from Roja is well a really very emotional number, which depicts the pain that arvind swamy feels at the seperation from his love madhoo in the movie'Roja' which is my all time top list movie.
(3)Tu Hi Re-Again from an arvind swamy starrer'Bombay' whick again is a song depicting pain from again a brilliant movie by maniratnam.Hari Haran's vocals are simply memserising.
(4)Chaiya Chaiya-Well 1999 was a lot better thanx to this really gr8 number from'Dil SE', who can forget the awesome SRK and the sizzling Malaika atop the train?
(5)O rey Chori-well Lagaan was a path breaker in many ways and this song again a very sweet song which combines the sweet passion of india with the british princess fantasy is simply great.
(6)Piya Haji ali-Well since I dont know much abt Islam I choose not to commment on this ong but I would request someone to enlightne me on the saint Haji Ali.but I guess dewspite me being a hindu if the song touched me then it definetly is something applaudable.
(7)Chanda Re-Well this really cute Romatic song from'Sapnay' is an ideal score for a dreamy moonlight night.
(8)Phoolon me jo Khusboo-This absolutely sweet song from the movie
'Jeans' picturised on ash along with the 7 wonders of the world is well a visual and audio treat.can we gut luckier than that?
(9)Ishq Bina- well one of my all time fav romantic numbers, simply mesmersing and so well sung by Anuradha Sriram n Sonu .
(10)Que Sara -This Prabhu deva-Madhuri number from' Pukar' will go down memory lane for it's simply superb visual thanx to the clash of the dancing titans.
(11)Kismat se-Again from'Pukar' this soul serching number is simply a great song for ur loved one.
(12)Dil Se- The title track is well one of the best compostions so far in tems of arrangement, tune and vocals.
(13)Mitwa-Well one really dancey number from Lagaan had brilliant choreography.
(14)Kahte hai mere yeh dil piya-Well this is again from'jeans' with the brillinace of bothe karnatic and light music, this is even more special a song coz I won the first place for this when I sung this song in my school days.
(15)Ek Ladki -This song not much publicised from the movie'love u hamesha' a film which never saw the lite of the dayi sewll a great great song with lovely vocals and sonali looking absolutely drop dead gorgeous.
I am sorry but I jus have to include 2 of my all time fav movies here but they are tamil, but their music atleast here in the south was a universal hit, I still remember my non Tamilian pals writing diown the lyrics in english and singin them .
(16)Alaipayuthe-Well this Madhavan Shalini starrer made by Mani ratnam was a great movie with some lovely music as well.
(17)Kandukondain Kandukondain-Well again thsi slick flick by Rajeev menon made waves in the tamil industry with it's superlative music and the awesome Stra cst call it the K3g of the tamil cinema.
(18)Muqabla-from the movie'Humse hai muqabla' the peppy fast number willl be long remebered for itzz cowboy type of picturisation and dances by the ealstic man himself, Prabhu deva.
(19)Dil Hai chota sa-again from Roja this song simply depicts feedom and pure joys at the small pleasures of live which is why it means so much to me in today's fast paced world.
(20)As usual my best A.R.rahman composition so far would simply have to be Vande Mataram.it became a global phenomenon with the music and the lyrics were patriotic and passionate.
