In da club – 50 percent
Oh boy do I love hip-hop? This rhythm just sets you in the right mood. I doubt if anyone would be able to sit tight and just listen to this song(without shaking a leg I mean). The song takes gangsta rap to new heights…believe me I was the type who would stay away from the P.Diddy types!
The song goes like this…its yo birthday …we gon party like its yo birthday …We gon sip bacardi like its yo birthday …and u know we dont give a f * c k cuz its yo birthday….(but vodka’s my poison!)

So yesterday – Hillary Duff
You can change your life- if you wanna …You can change your clothes- if you wanna … If you change your mind …Well, that's the way it goes…
The album’s rightly named ‘Metamorphosis song’ since Hillary has come a long way with her acting, singing and song writing skills. But this is a typical yuppie tenny-booper song…all the same a feel good number. But don’t buy this album ppl…cuz if you are looking out for some Expresso what you get is Skinny Latte

Girl on the moon – Darius
Do I need to say why I like this song…lemme make it clearer then, I like seeing the song more than listening…and I would definitely not buy this album. Darius was a product of the ‘popstars’ search before he recorded his album, Colorblind, he has written a book…and the best part is he looks cute too! Nice soft melody…very much like the boy band types but hey I told you whats nice about the song right!

Your body’s a wonderland – John Mayer
Ask me a question…do I get fed up of Brit pop? And you get the expected ‘no’ from me…Mayer with his smooth vocals sounds a lot like dave matthews band and my fascination for brit musicians goes higher! I just have one question…for whom is the song written for?

All the things she said – T.A.T.U.
2 Russian girls…dropped out from school…200 KPH in the wrong lane …and what do we have? a pretty good song to shake a leg …but the remixed version sounds bad, its actually slower than the original one! The song talks of pains faced during adolescence …strong emotions
Mother looking at me. Tell me what do you see? Yes, I've lost my mind
Daddy looking at me. Will I ever be free? Have I crossed the line?
I'm in serious sh*t, I feel totally lost
If I'm asking for help it's only because
Being with you has opened my eyes
Could I ever believe such a perfect surprise?
I keep asking myself, wondering how
I keep closing my eyes but I can't block you out
Wanna fly to a place where it's just you and me
Nobody else so we can be free

Bring me back to life – Evanescence
Okie lemme go straight to why I love this song… fabulous video(hey where else can you see a woman in a nightdress bungee jumping with no strings attached(bad pun)? … haunting lyrics… Halloween makeup…smooth vocals by Amy…and some great guitar stuff all rolled into one! And we have a winner!
I particularly love this part of conversing in the song…
(Wake me up) Wake me up inside
(I can't wake up) Wake me up inside
(Save me) Call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up) Bid my blood to run
(I can't wake up) Before I come undone
(Save me) Save me from the nothing I've become

White Flag – Dido
A life on rent! That’s the name of the album, and if you have a smirk on your face you will sure like this type of music. Melancholic vocals, soft, soothing, touching and good to sing along…(I sing well ppl!)
I know you think that I shouldn't still love you, I'll tell you that. But if I didn't say it, well I'd still have felt it where's the sense in that?…(Anybody listening?)

Where is the love – Black eyed peas
It’s a song about mama…drama…trauma! Killing…dying…crying! So where does the love come in? There’s no love left in this world! Am not sure if the song is racist types or not!

Aicha – Outlandish
A group of young guys with music influences from all over the world in their music with a mix of rap, pop and hip-hop! The song has English, French and Spanish versions too.

Something beautiful – Robbie Williams
Saved the best for the last… finally, I get to talk about GOD! The 2nd track from his album ‘Escapology’ is the world’s first interactive video! Now all I can say is, “I wish I was there” 3 fans selected and we have a manufactured miracle! All you people who have read my reviews on Robbie Williams’ music may not want an over dose, but for all the other ignorant people…here’s your dose…A Robbie Williams song is nothing but unlimited energy, amazing attitude, self disparaging humor and music that rocks. So …if you haven’t checked out this type of music …you are living dead!
