A Small Sample Of a Thing Called Bollywood !!!. Review on Ten Best Hindi Movies

First up selecting top 10 hindi movies is like picking needle from a hay stack. But I will try.

But I must clarify few stuff:

This time no ranking I will give the list of my best movies which I loved.

And guys remember these are my choice so please remember its subjective and my choice may not match yours

Here goes. I wont rank them but rate them out of 5 stars

1. Lagaan: (4 out of 5)

One of the most perfect and satisfying movies ever made. In spite of its length of over three and a half hours, (which can make one very weak)the movie manages to retain the interest of the audience till the ?last ball is bowled'' and this is not a metaphor. the movie is about cricket to be precise india vs england for tax.

1. Andaz Apna Apna: (5 out of 5)

A Complete laugh riot. and every time I see the movie I laugh even though I remember all it dialogues n every move. but its just a brilliant comedy movie.If there is one movie, I can never tire of watching is this movie. Aamir and Salman are two middle-class small town boys chasing a rich baroness Raveena. and yes theres karishma.....

1. Appu Raja: (5 out of 5)

Kamal Hassan at his best. now I think he plays a double role, but I am not sure would this role be called a double or a one and half role. movie is about well twins who get sepreated and one due to their father killer giving their mom pioson turns out short.... but he is big enough to kill his father killer

1. Dil Chahta Hai: (5 out of 5)

Need I say something about this movie. A classic story of three friends and their trials and trubulations....... believe me every one of us classify ourself in those character, truely movie to be watched

1. Golmaal: (5 out of 5)

Golmaal is the perfect entertainer. Amol Palekar sports a moustache and wears a short kurta in order to get a job in a company owned by the nutty Utpal Dutt( he is amazing in this movie). Later on when he is about to be caught, he creates a new non existing twin Lucky.

1. Masoom: (5 out of 5)

this movie makes me cry and makes me happy both at the same time. truely an outstanding movie. azmi and n. shah are brilliant. and the kids superb. a real emotionally ride. but every second is worth it.

1. Anand: (5 out of 5)

true classic, another of those movies which make me cry. man ami sucker for emotional movies...... amitab and khanna do make a very good pair and really an outstanding movie

1. Mr.India: (4 out of 5)

oh the invisible mr. india......anil kapoor ..... hey and sridevi looks hot in that blue saree..... oopsie I have to talk about the movie not women...... :)

a true comedy fest.... mr india can be invisible and he saves the day.... look out for anils daughter

1. Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikander: (5 out of 5)

its lance Armstrong no its amir khan ?.. no no its lance Armstrong ?.. no no wait its amir khan with yeyt another brilliant movie ?. Well it?s a movie about cycle ?? no no ?. It?s a lovely love story ?. And an inspiring story to our young generations ? a must watch

10 . Jaag Ta Raho: ( I would Give 10 out of 5 but not possible )

Raj kapoor the great. a truely great movie. believe me when I say this I have never seen a movie like this.....

The story is simple a poor guy(raj kapoor) is thirsty and enters a building in night to drink water, and what happens in that night from fire, to death to exposure of money laundiring every thing.... he sees it all except having to drink water...... truely genious of a movie. Hats off to it.

Actually I didn't rank them because they are so many .... these are just a few top of my mind .... but jaag te raho would be my best movie and deserves the 1st rank.
