Here is the list of ten best english movies of my choice...

Hey, I have not seen all the movies, so some good movies might have been left, remind them in the comments please, which I will see.

1. Jurassic Park: The Scenic beauty, innovative concept, graphics and the picturization.. superb. Breathe taking moments are when the Dinosaur runs after the jeep and the heroine goes to switch the supplies on while kids and the hero are climbing the high voltage wired wall. Science fictions are my favourites.

2. Titanic: The romantic backdrop, the picturization of ship sinking and the love story portrayed. Beautiful. Though, that spitting scene is a bit unromantic. Music is appreciable. Sea beauty has been brought in a fantastic way. The scene of people falling from the vertical ship is quite scaring.

3. The Ghost: Don't get afraid. The ghost in this movie is very handsome. The beauty of this movie is cameramanship. Simple but innovative story has been depicted with intense emotional care.

4. Entrapment: Hey don't mind please. Catherine Jeeta Jones is my favourite actress and so one of her best movies (as per me) is bound to come in my top ten. What a beauty she is in this movie.

5. Basic Instinct: Lakhs in India have seen this movie and can be seen discussing and appreciating it. But if you ask what is the actual story of this movie, even ten (including myself) would not be able to state it clearly and confidently.

So, if you know the real story, please mail me.

6. Matrix: Again the same thing. I saw it thrice, couldn't get the real story. Then my room-mate ''Lacchoo'' (Laxman actually) saw the Hindi version and told me the complete story. Again I watched it twice on VCD and could get a bit. But when I was watching it some two days back on HBO could find out something new in it. Simply superb.

7. Golden Eye: May be non-sense for you but James Bond movies are worth watching (at least the casting and stunts). The shots of Buggy-jumping and jumping in to the plane by bike were wonderful. The heroine, very innocent.

8. Anaconda: Though not very realistic but a scene when the snake traps a person in the air when he jumps in the fall makes this movie worth a position in the top ten.

9. Gandhi: I will put it in my top ten because the concept of non-violence has been depicted in a very innovative way. Though the movie should have been made a bit more interesting and informative. The role played by Ben Kingsley was the ultimate. Om Puri shines in the butcher role.

10. Schindler's List: A fearful depiction of second world war when Nazis captured Poland. I loved the human touch in the movie. Poland mothers giving poison to their babies in the bread to save them from Nazi Army, Nazis throwing poisonous gases through bath showers and Schindler putting names of most of the Poland people in his list to save their lives were unforgettable scenes in the movie.

Some other movies like Twister, The Lost World, Batman, Fatal Instinct, Evil Dead I, Bodyguard are also my favourites but can't be put in the top ten for one or the other reasons.
