I bought a smoothie maker in feb'12 from televantage. Right from the beginning we had a very tough time getting it to start as the jars couldnt be fixed, I can guarantee no housewife can twist them to the lock position, luckily my hubby has extrastrong biceps, I managed ONLY with his help, without fixing the jar the machine wont start. In the process 2 of the jars were damaged, no other jars can be used so you have to spend more money if you want to continue using it!! It worked for precisely 4 months.
Now its just a burden.4200/- down the drain!! the customer service people just keep on repeating the procedure in a monologue like they're talking to an idiot child, I wanted to bang the smoothie maker on the person's head.
I was so frustrated!! So folks if you don't want to throw away good money, don't buy this product. Your mixer blender is good enough for a smoothie.
