Visited RxDx Whitefield for my mother's UTI and as per doctor advice, booked an ppointment for KUB CT Scan.My mother went to hospital at 7 am, drank alost 15 glasses of water, changed her dress and sister put Canula and injected medicine for the scan. She was in the CT Scan for almost 1 hour, though the time they communicated for the scan was 20 mins.After an hour, they communicated to my mother who is already inside the CT machine with bladder full and on medicine in canula, that CT machine is not working, technician has to come. They removed the canula, asked my mother to come back tomorrow.
This is a medical negligence as the patient had to go through all the procedures but scan not done as machine stopped working.No technician available too.
