Teleperformance is a huge company in India I accepted but when employee come and say that please help me out to release my salary then I got to know that how they people survive over there, without any reason people not getting salary properly, although some people are very happy with the salary and atmosphere because they have strong bonding with the senior, but I thing job is something by which you survive in your life easily and practically, its all about salary people do hard work and earn money, the atmosphere is very good if you are best one in the company, but for those people who are fresher and just trying to become a good one, these people suffer very hardly because everyone need the best one no body want the poor person and take the responsibility to make better them, growth is well over there again if you have bonding with the seniors, job security is quit good again if you have bonding with the seniors, I m just trying to make a sense that if a person working properly and the quality is good then why others start liking him or her and neglecting the rest people, I thing if those person who have potential of work and knowledge then try to make the poor one also stronger, no need to show that I m the best and nobody can beat me, apart from that teleperformance is a finest growing company and provide the huge employment and services which is actually reducing the unemployment in India, and I suggest stop politics in the working area, help other people and then one day they will help you to make in India for sure, if you help 100 people then it might be possible that 1 will come out and start the cycle again for another 100 people. thank you
