Few days ago a caller tune pack was activated on my number, without my permission. I called up immediately on your customer care number. the ringtone have deducted 30 rupees from my account and I am not able to call any of the numbers to deactivate the same.
The following things happen every time I call this number:
there is an recorded message which I hear out,
Than when the Ivr says to press 1 for queries the Ivr says thank you for calling uninor. without listening to the issue or connection to the concerned department.
This has happened for almost 100 times in one day. which has left me totally frustrated. Now I am really fed up of calling this number and won;t have any regrets to switch to another network which at least has a good customer care department.
