Telenor is a cheap telecom service service provider. They have bandwidth spectrum in some regions in India. So best for local use.As Telenor brands itself as -"Sabse Sasta", they have good plans for reducing call rates.
In my case in Rs 19/- pack, I get local call rate of 25 paise/min and 30 paisse/min national rate, which is good.One thing to note that don't use Telenor for INTERNET, since I would never able to succeed in opening anything in this 2G network.Neither they have 3G service in my region in Bihar.So, it's only for calling service. You would encounter call drops sometimes but what to do with such issues.
Don;t expect much.My friends use Telenor for long talks with girlfriends at a nominal cost in same network.:p Recently Telenor has introduced free insurance with recharges, I have not tried it.But one can figure it out.Be calm.Recommend for one who has low budget for their calls.No wonder Telenor should work to improvise their service.
