Telenor earlier known as Uninor it was very popular earlier just because of its affordable Internet packs, sms packs and cheap calling rates but after sometime this company was shut down its operations in many states and it came back again with the name of telenor but its very hard to trust this company.I was a customer of uninor around 3-4 years back. So now they have changed their name to Telenor.Morons sitting at customer care centres, idiots sitting at sales office ariund the city, poor network connections and zero care for the customer. This is all a nice disaster receipe.I am actually surprised they have still lasted in India. Data packags are a joke and throw of potty directly on the face of consumer.
If you think you want this network for its cheap calling rates, slap yourself twice, wash your face and In short be a responsible citizen and avoid this garbage network.
l am not satisfied by its network and it have very late network performance. Now time is of 4 generation and telenor giving 2g network.In afternoon, the network of telenor is dissapper during using internet.I purchased other sim card which provide better internet service. Telenor give many offer about the talktime, internet pack but they all are waste in front of its networ.Its network performance is weak in out of town and also village area .the call is drop during the talking I don't know from where to start this operator has the worst network ever I saw.I used t for 2 month and I get frustrated because I go anywhere even on my roof still I get no single and if I get signal then the person whim I am talking he is not able to listen me properly.
There is only one thing is good about telenor is that it provides cheap calling rates packs and internet packs but all this become zero in front of its poor Network.I always use calling pack of Rs. 100 in which free calling from Telenor 2 Telenor but I won't suggest to purchase it because I had experienced it very badly.
Whenever I communicate with any of my friend using this mobile operator the phone call got declined automatically and error message occur that network failed.
It's network strength is very low and not able to call anyone urgently after several tries call got connected and also got disconnected without the completion of communication. Many times telenor provide free 80 MB and even 1.5 GB but it is of no use because it's internet doesn't work and it's speed is almost onky 30 kbps.I contacted customer care but didn't got proper response by them.They just promise to solve issue but nothing is solved.
I used Telenor prepaid service to make calls to everyone, because of cheap call cost and unlimited plans it may be cheap in call rate but has very bad network.
you can get a signal in popular cities and towns, your call may drop at any point of time because of signal, they are having very weak signal at all most all places compare to all other mobile operators, they better to need improvement in signal strength, otherwise it is waste of cheap rates.I recommend you guyss don't buy this SIM it will make you crazy and helpless.i hope you will like my reviews guyss.thanxxxx
