Telegram is an open source messanager application. It is managed by many vaulenteers around the world. Design is normal like other apps. Telegram is rich in features like Chatting, Group chatting upto 5000 mamber, Telegram channel option to create your own telegram channel, voice with encryption etc. you can also acces telegram in Pc using telegram software and also in your web Browser Telegarm is better then whats app but the main problem is that it is not very popular in India mny people do not know about it. I recommened this app.
