The so called Unified licence by the big daddy TRAI is only intended to rescue a single telecom operator at the cost all the rest. Even the Government is taking its stride, How could the regulator justify the hurry introduction of the licence? the regulator cleverly slapped a fine of 485 cr on Reliance what was it doing all these months? Every common man knows that reliance is going against norms regulator just escaped from its job taking its own time to pave the way for a single operator. Its once again proved that money can make many things in all fronts!
A single operator managed to change the rules of the game wholly and unfortunately the rest of operators are mute spectators even though its going to affect their business.
Cellular and basic phones were doing well with in their perview and WiLL was intended for sdca when the things were going fine Reliance took the law in its hands giving access to its subscribers outside the sdca and the trai had no comments to make on it!!!!
whats going to happen to the future of telecom?
Is the government going to sell off BSNL and MTNL to Reliance to make it a monopoly in telecom??
