I was also attracted towards the telebrands sofa cum bed by their luring advertisment.So I also decided to buy one from telebrands India. I ordered them and received one from vpp. From here onward my trouble with this air lounge started.
As I opened my my VVP parcel and begin to fill air in the air lounge my air pump begin to smell and stopped working.So I called the company office to change my air pump .so I again packed my air pump and waited for one month for my replacement.
After too many reminders I received my air pump and filled air in my air lounge.After filing the air in my air lounge my next trouble started, design joints one by one begin to open.
Now it is more like the balloon not like the air lounge. Product quality is really very bad. Once you purchase such type of product it is impossible to return it because it neither have the warranty.
I really feel cheated by this product and advise seriously anybody to not think about purchasing this product.
