I ordered for a kitchen product(chefdini) which was advertised on tv in their detailed convincing hour long advertisement on 31st july 2014.order no.36983 and made a payment through credit card of rs2494/- including shipping.
It is 2 and and a half month that I have been waiting for the product. I've called them numerous times in this period. More than half of the times, the call is not picked up. Every time, I receive a new excuse for the delay:-
1)sir, it will be dispatched soon, we are currently short of stock.
2)technical issue.we cant tell you the current status.call next week.
3)your order returned as there was no one to receive the courier(I receive a courier every alternate day at the same address).
4)we will dispatch it by this weekend.
I now realize that I am not going to receive it ever. they have denied returning the money saying it is against policy.
TELEBRANDS is THE most FRAUD COMPANY OUT THERE.
donate money for charity rather than buying something from there.
