I feel this review is:
Staff I believe r not recruited properly. I request higher officials to do get their personal trained at leading pvt banks.Mobile app requires upgrade also its not user friendly. Debit cards r not issued immediately it takes r tines min for getting card!.For traditional people who depend on cheque book and passbook, this is more suited.For corporate and business persons I dont reccommend as ur time is wasted!.
