Dear Netizens, I was working in a MNC OEM company, here is my story
I wanted hike in salary and I was recommended by my own friend who works at tech mahindra in Dec2014.
I got 62K hike and tech mahindra told me to join at the earliest. My company has 2 months Notice period, Tech Mahindra agreed
Almost at the end of my notice period I managed to get the offer letter, after corresponding with HR people several times and I was really tense as my time was coming to end at my previous company.
Next comes the nightmare, on day one my project lead says client has closed the project and many are on bench
I was shocked, and then comes another tragedy, my friend who recommended me to join was laid off casually b'cos the account was closed. He was targeted by cheap methods like Loss of pay which HR uses to throw people out of company.My friend said sorry to me and I was also very very unhappy to his condition. Two weeks later they ask lot of proofs of my past experience, PF statements, etc etc very rudely.
Finally I decided to call it quits after 3 months of struggle, while I managed to get job, my friend is still struggling, and his mom is also unwell frequently, he is not able to look after her due to fund crunch.he served the company for 7 years and removed from job within 2 months after project closed.They have not offered any alternative training nothing. Please spread my message, they are recruiting people w/o ACTUAL work and then firing. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TECH MAHINDRA!
