I joined Techmahindra in Nov 2009, and since then I am suffering in this rotten place. The toilets lacks even the basic level of hygiene, the HR is even worst not listens to employees and the Senior management use slang language while talking to the employee and if we address this issue to HR they do not listens.
The managers are asked to do policing on the employees and if somebody is working good they assign the work of other person as week and when asked for perks or hike they scold you and torture you like anything. When I was in notice period they even calculated my total time spent in the office in front of the system and if that lacks even a minute they asked me to apply for half day leave.
On notice period they do not give you performances bonus and stops the salary for two months also they do have a policy for advance but they do not give it and HR scold you and ask you for the proof of the reason for advance.
One of my friend has applied for referral bonus as his referral joined TechM, instead of giving the referral bonus to him they thrashed him and warned him that they will file a case against him for providing the misleading information for the referral.
They do not bother about the employee only the billing they are concerned with. The worst place ever to work.
I would seriously not recommend anybody to join techM as the company sucks no ethics and no policies. No management no HR. You only a working in a factory not a human and not even as oftware engineer.
