I joined Tech M as an ITPian (Fresher). Believe me its a fantastic journey from a rookie to a professional. I would recommend TechM to freshers as you would a great opportunity to learn many technologies, however not sure you get a chance to implement them. TechM puts a lot of emphasis on freshers. I have seen many such guys who went onsite before three months. It would say Tech M is a big gamble as the outcomes of good project and bad project are very clear and obvious.However if you would land in a good project (especially good IDU's) , life would be very smooth, nice onsite opportunities and 8 hrs of job. I worked around 30 months in Tech M and it was a fantastic experience for me. I had a great manager, great team mostly freshers , it was more of a college atmosphere. OIE, internal portal is one of the best things happened in TechM, . I love it.


However there are many cons, as I said if you land in a bad project, your life would be hell. The biggest problem which puzzles me is they won't release resource from projects even if he had served for more than 24 months which results for higher attrition rates. If any TechM management gets to read my review, then it would say its one of the serious problem TechM is facing. There is no resource rotation. HR and RMG are very pathetic not upto the standards of a CMMI-5 level company. P2P policy should be more transparent and accountable.Also there are many people especially at TG3 and TG4 level just surviving at the cost of low cost ITPians. Kick them out.
