I have been with this company for a while and have come across huge amount of development within myself.. Today when MSAT & Tech M merge and evolve I can forth-see an IT giant emerging loud and fast.. The leadership is peerless and people around are like true mates.. As being my first rendezvous in the industry I truly appreciate the mentors I came across.. Training programs especially the entry level one is one to remember and leaves behind a huge impact on each one..
The company provides lot of fun connect events to engage people and create a great relationship bonding with the employees.. I also appreciate the rewards & recognition programs which are designed so well that it keeps you motivated and helps in seeking various other responsibilities.. In a true and honest sense for me money is not everything and this company provides me such a valuable platform to explore myself which I could not have even imagined about.. Leaders are like friends and are available at each and every moment.. It is evolving swiftly with catering to both North and south vertical of India..
