TECH Manindra is awesome company in the India which has good reputation in the market .
If we join the company as fresher is very tough to survive .Its very difficult to go on in the company .Salary package and its benefits is good for seniors but not for freshers.It is slow growing salary and package .
Job security is definitely very good, it is long lastic job, life long security after permanent of job. Career growth is good , it is good chance for grow in the life as well as life.
Work environment is well and it is pleasant to work .About CEO we can't say any thing .
Over all its a good company for who wants to settle at long period .
