I had been working in Tech Mahindra from 2011 to 2014. It was my first company where I have started my career as a fresher. I have learned a lot of things and groomed myself in terms of knowledge and interpersonal skills.
I was working in Pune Hinjewadi branch. Company campus, infrastructure and facilities provided to the employees are really well.
People work in very professional manner. Lots of trainings technical as well as behavioural are organised at project level/organization level for the knowledge growth of the employee.
Tech Mahindra was mainly serving in Telecom domain but after merging with Mahindra Satyam, it has started serving in various domains like financial, banking domain as well.
There is no doubt in job security. Many onsite opportunities are there in the company. coming to perks and salary, which is a bot less if we compare with other IT brandsAt last I would thank TechM as I chipped in IT industry to this and gained a lot of things.
